| Novi Finishes 4th @ MHSAA Regional |
Saturday the Novi Varsity Cheer team competed at the MHSAA Regional Championships. In order to qualify for Regionals each team must place in the top 4 at their District (Each District containing 14 teams). There are 6 Districts and 2 Regionals. Three Districts combine to form one Regional of 12 teams. The top 4 of each regional go on to compete at the MHSAA State Meet for a state competition of 8 teams. Novi placed 6th at their Regional this weekend beating local rival Northville by 11.0826 points. Since there are two Division 1 Regions, that places Novi as one of the top 12 Division 1 teams in the state.

| Novi Qualifies for MHSAA Regional |
The Novi Varsity Cheer team qualified for the Regional Championships today. They qualified by placing in the top 4 teams at the District Championships in Hartland today. The Novi Varsity Cheer Team will compete in Regionals this Saturday, February 27 at Brighton High School.

| Novi Places 3rd @ Kensington Conference Meet |
Novi Varsity Cheer competed at the KLAA Conference meet this weekend at Livonia Franklin HS. They placed 3rd with 704.1724 points behind 2nd place Northville at 705.7344 points and 1st place Franklin at 709.0604. The Cheer team looks forward to competing against the entire association including the schools listed below, this weekend at Home. Novi will host the KLAA Association meet this Saturday at 10am.

| Senior Night for Competitive Cheer Results in Victory! |
The Novi Varsity Cheer Team won their dual meet against Stevenson last night securing a share of the KLAA Division Championship Title. Novi's final score was 703.9132 and Stevenson's final score was 646.8544. Novi will see Stevenson again this Saturday at the KLAA Conference meet at Livonia Franklin HS.

| Northville Invitational Results |
Novi Varsity, JV, and Middle School Cheer teams competed at the Northville Invite this weekend. The scores are below. This Wednesday Varsity and JV compete at home against Livonia Stevenson. Please see attachment for scoring details.
A win this Wednesday would mean a share of the Division title with Northville.

| Novi Finishes 2nd @ Grosse Isle Invitational |
Novi Varsity competed at the Grosse Isle Invite on Saturday. After Round 1 they were tied for 2nd with Livonia Stevenson. Novi lead in Round 2 with a score of 215.3104. After Round 3 Novi placed 2nd overall against Wyandotte.

| Novi Places 2nd @ KLAA Quad |
The Novi Varsity Cheer Team competed in a quad meet at Stevenson High School last night. They were lagging behind the other 3 teams after round 2. Novi had a phenomenal Round 3 and moved up to second place overall. Novi Varsity placed second behind Northville by 2.5 points.

| Novi Varsity Wins Novi Invitational |
The Novi Varsity Cheer team took 1st place at the Novi Invite on Saturday, January 9, 2010. Novi was in the lead over Plymouth Canton in Round 1 by 0.1 points. After Round 2 Plymouth Canton pulled ahead by almost 3 points. However, in Round 3 Novi took a significant lead pulling ahead of all other teams by 30 points.

Last Night the Novi Varsity Competitive Cheer Team took 1st place over Livonia Stevenson and South Lyon East in the KLAA Quad meet. The Novi JV team took second place to Livonia Stevenson JV.

| Novi Winter Warm-Up Results |
On Saturday, December 5, Novi Varsity and JV competitive cheer teams competed at the Novi Winter Warm-up. At this competition teams selected which rounds they wanted to compete with. Teams could do just one or all 3 rounds. This competition was unique because following each round, teams were able to meet with an official to get specific feedback about their performance. Though places were not awarded, Novi Varsity had the highest total score of all teams who performed all three rounds. The specific scores for each team that competed are attached.
