**** Please bring the completed Registration Form, a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport and the registration fee.

**** student must be age 3, 4, or 5 by october 1, 2014 to attend preschool for the 2014-2015 school year.

Novi Community Education Preschool uses the Creative Curriculum.  This curriculum supports the children learning through hands-on activities, and follows the State of Michigan Early Childhood Standards.  Lesson plans reflect social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development, and can be viewed on each teacher's web page.

Requirements:

1. Must be ages 3, 4 or 5 by November 1, 2013

2. Children are required to be fully toilet trained (no pull-ups please)  

3. Please submit a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport at time of registration

Parents Provide:

1. Transportation

2. Daily snacks

program fees:

1. Registration fee: $50 (Non-refundable)

2. Material fee: $25

3. Tuition based on program
