Carol Baaki Diglio, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources
Kathy Donovan, Executive Assistant
Novi has established a reputation for excellence and recruits professional and support staff based on characteristics and standards that will maintain that excellence. Applications are accepted for all staff at the Oakland Human Resources Consortium (OHRC). Please read the application instructions to insure your application is correctly submitted.
Vacancy postings for all positions are available on this website by clicking on VIEW JOB VACANCIES. After posting periods expire, qualified applicants are reviewed online by an administrative team. That team then selects those applications deemed worthy of further consideration and screening.
Positions for the upcoming school year are posted beginning in April and continue throughout the year as they become available. The timetable for screening, interview and selection process depends on the work schedules of screening and interviewing staff. Every attempt is made to fill positions as quickly as possible and inform applicants of their status as soon as selections are known.
If you have difficulty submitting your resume through OHRC, please contact our Human Resources Office at 248.449.1200.
Thank you for your interest in employment with the Novi Community School District.
