As is the tradition at NHS, the senior all-night part provides a safe, chaperoned way for our graduates to celebrate this milestone with their classmates. The planning committee is preparing for a night filled with fun and laughter that's sure to create memories for a lifetime!

Date, time and location of the Senior All Night Party:

The SANP will be held at Novi High School immediately following commencement ceremonies on Saturday, June 3, 2017, from 10:30 pm to 5:00 am. To ensure everyone's safety, doors will lock at 11:30 pm and will open again when the party ends.

About the planning:

A committee of volunteers is already hard at work to plan for this night filled with games, food and prizes. We encourage all parents to participate, whether it's to work on a committee, help fund raise or decorate, or just make a donation to the cause. You can learn more about the planning that will take place throughout the school year by attending a planning meeting. Remaining meetings are scheduled for:

All meetings will be held at the high school, room 160, at 7:00 pm. If school is canceled we will not meet on that day.

How you can help:

Yard Signs

You can order a personalized yard sign to promote your senior's milestone. Yard signs are $25, payable by cash or check, and all proceeds support the senior all-night party. The sign includes your senior's name and gradulation year.

Decorations

The 2017 SANP Decorations committee will meet on February 28th at 6:30 pm.We will meet in front of the Field House doors closest to the weight room and proceed upstairs to where the decorations are stored. Please join us to prepare for a fun night for our seniors - wear comfortable clothing.  If you have questions, please contact Lisa Ninkovich (jninkovich5@yahoo.com) or Jill Ulle (julle1009@aol.com).

We are in  need of the following supplies:

  • Stape guns with staples
  • Hot glue guns
  • Paint -- black, white and primary colors
  • Extension cords
  • Power strips
  • Duct tape

Decoration Committee Needs Help on following dates (all parents are welcome and appreciated)

Kindergarten pictures:

Please send or drop off an 8 x 10 copy of your senior's kindergarten picture. A photocopy is fine, as these pictures will not be returned. A drop box is available in the administration office at the high school or you may bring it to one of the SANP parent meetings until the deadline of April 17. Please be sure to put your child's name on the back of the copy.

Photos for a special video:

We are preparing a special video to show during the SANP and need pictures for it. If you have pictures of homecoming, fall sports or other activities, please share them. Digital and cell phone photos are fine, but please send pictures of 2017 seniors only, and include names. Email your photos to: 2017NoviSANP@gmail.com.

Boxer shorts donations:

The game committee is in need of boxer shorts of all sizes. Fun seasonal and character prints work well. Boxer bingo is always a big hit at the SANP so the more the better--we are in need of many in all sizes.. Please drop off your donation in the drop box at the high school office or bring them to one of the SANP parent meetings.

Volunteers:

We need volunteers to work on several committees relating to the 2017 Senior All Night Party. Food, decorations, fundraising, games, entertainment, security, first aid, and so much more is needed to make this event fun and safe for our granduates. Let's make it special for them! Tickets:

Your senior will need a ticket to enter the event. Ticket sales will continue through May 20th. The cost per ticket is $70. If you still need one, please contact Kathy Hrit (hritjm@aol.com) or Cindy Ghannam (Cindygh72@yahoo.com).

Contributions and donations:

The more contributions we receive, the better the experience we can create for the class of 2017! We can also use donations of any kind that would make good prizes for the seniors.
