Due to the ongoing investigation by the CDC into the recent E.Coli outbreak and potential link to romaine lettuce there will be no romaine served in Novi schools until further notice. Acceptable replacements such as spinach and spring mix will be used in its place. Any questions should be directed to the Food & Nutrition Department.

The Novi High School Nutrition and Food Service Department consists of 14 employees, Manager Debra Gore-Fink, Head Cook Kirk Rydziki, Hue Le, Margagret Weinert, Sang Park, Ris Morris, Tracy Stone, Hilary Beauregard, Kavitha Janyavula, Saraswathia Ghandikota, Zlatia Puja, Michelle Hill, Youngae Kim and Sunghee Kim . As a team we are committed to the success and excellence of a cost effective and efficient program. We continue to set higher standards for our selves in providing nutritious and appealing meals.
