Reading Music

¯Demonstrate correct sitting & standing posture for singing

¯Sing with clear diction & choral vowels

¯Use breath control for long phrases & sustained notes

¯Blend with other voices while singing


General Outcomes:  

Through the Vocal Music program at Meadows, students will enhance valuable life skills such as responsibility, self-esteem, problem solving, collaboration, and leadership.  Also developed are an appreciation and respect for others’ ideas and personal expressions.
