That will allow them to log in and complete the registration. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

General Information
You can make payments online through FinalForms or pay by check/money order in the High School Athletic Office.
For cut sports, fees are due within three days of team selection. For non-cut sports, fees are due at the time of registration. For off-site sports except Golf, the Athletic Participation is waived.
If you qualify for Child Nutritional Educational Benefits, please contact the High School Athletic Office. Discounted Athletic Participation Fee rates are as follows: NHS reduced fee $281.25/ free fee $187.50 and NMS reduced fee $150/ free fee $100. These payments cannot be made online. Note: The Discounted Athlete Participation Fee rates can only be paid in person at the Athletic Office by check or money order, not through FinalForms.
Financial assistance is available through Novi Youth Assistance.
Refund Policy
Voluntary withdrawal, quitting, lack of playing time, disciplinary suspension, or canceled contests due to inclement weather are not grounds for a refund. In the event of a season-ending injury, please contact the Athletic Office. To process a refund request, a physician’s letter confirming the season-ending injury must be submitted.
