Tryout Information
High School Winter Tryout Information
All Athletes will need a new physical dated after April 15, 2025, to try out this year. Physicals must be uploaded to Final Forms or turned in to the coaching staff on your first day of tryouts or practices.
Boys Basketball: Tryouts will begin on November 12th. Freshman tryouts are from 3:30 p.m.-4:45 p.m., JV tryouts are from 4:45 p.m.-5:45 p.m., and Varsity tryouts are from 5:45 p.m.-7:30 p.m. All tryouts will be held in the High School Performance Gym. Wrestling: Practices will begin on November 17th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the NHS wrestling room. Wrestlers must bring wrestling shoes and running shoes and wear appropriate clothing for wrestling (comfortable and correct-fitting clothes, socks, etc.). Competitive Cheer: Tryouts will begin on November 11th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at NHS Fieldhouse Court C. Please wear athletic clothing and shoes; no halter tops or spaghetti-strap tops, jeans, or skirts. Hair must be pulled back in a ponytail, and absolutely no jewelry.
